Cursor hooks, mempalaceignore, and other hooks

Hi!

So I have been making some changes to mempalace to support some of my workflow

The two that might be of general interest are;

• mempalaceignroe so that you don't have gitignore conflict with your goals on mempalace
• cursor hooks

I am not claiming code purity or excellence. If there is interest, I am happy to do whatever it takes to make this of general value
