Add example files for all MPEG extensions

Currently, this repo defines the specs and schemas, but it does not give any example files. Without example files, it is very hard for an implementer to verify that their implementation is correct. Example files should be provided for all extensions, sufficient to provide test coverage for all of the supported edge cases.

I asked about adding example files for MPEG_audio_spatial in an MSF meeting, but I wanted to open an issue to track this work and to ensure it is not forgotten about.

@ibouazizi Has there been any progress on example files? I'm not in any particular rush, but I would like to implement a few MPEG extensions over the next few months and the lack of example files is a blocker.

One place to find and contribute some reference content implementing MPEG extensions would be 5G-MAG's rt-xr-content repository

The content is meant to be used in 5G-MAG's rt-xr-unity-player

Thanks to @nlsdvl and the colleagues at the 5G-MAG community, a collection of example files with MPEG extensions, along with tutorial resources, is being assembled. These materials are available at the following link: MPEG SD Test Assets

In response to @aaronfranke’s comment, example files have been provided for the following MPEG extensions:

• MPEG_media
• MPEG_accessor_timed
• MPEG_buffer_circular
• MPEG_texture_video
• MPEG_audio_spatial

Additionally, sample files for other extensions are also available, including:

• MPEG_scene_interactivity and MPEG_node_interactivity
• MPEG_anchor

The MPEG-SD group continues to work on producing and sharing example files for further MPEG extensions in future updates.

Can we add the examples or links to examples in Khronos extensions? Let's check. We keep issue open for now and track how we can best disseminate this information.
