Mods not applying when running

Describe the bug
Skins are not being applied when running the program. I'm trying to run the Korean Font mod and it's not showing even though the CSLOLManager is running and finding league.

Expected behavior
This was working just yesterday and now it isn't. Font skin isn't showing.

You can run the application locally and it will work. You gotta use the new ltk-manager though.
