Problem with instalation of package

Hi I try install new version of this package (6.4.1) via composer 2 and I recived this error:
Problem 1
- Root composer.json requires atehnix/laravel-stubs, it could not be found in any version, there may be a typo in the package name.

This is because it doesn't exist in packagist no more.

I recommend you clone it and use custom repositories in your composer.json
