Handling of attribute reportings for greenpower

Hey,

I wanted to add support for this powertag. But I couldn't.

When I investigated I found out that, only manufacturer specific attribute reportings are supported, all the other 3 types (a0, a2, a3) are passed as raw.

I just wanted to make sure if this is a known limitation, and that all the devices that are supported by zh, it's because they send MS attribute reportings.

Unless powertag firmware has changed, they can't work with Z2M, they require custom coordinator firmware due to some weirdness with the ACKing or something like that. cf https://github.com/jlama/powertagd

As for the GP stuff, should be easy enough to add support for other reporting commands (mostly the same), though I suspect no device use them at this time, hence was never needed.

From reading the code, I had seen that for A9MEM1570, an ACK is sent (if rxAfterTx), I thought I could do the same for the powertag. Also forgot to mention that the powertag sends multi cluster attribute reportings.

I was gonna propose to add the code for the other 3 types, but I see that you're already done with it. Thank you so much!
