Update selection and highlight colors to be friendlier to light mode

Hightlight is currently white. Selection is a bright yellow. None of them are great in light mode.

Thanks to https://github.com/KittyCAD/engine/pull/4280 (within https://github.com/KittyCAD/engine/issues/3862) we can now set this in the frontend.
