Integer divider

There’s a hardware integer divider in the SIO block that would significantly improve the performance of many programs. The [assembly code](https://github.com/raspberrypi/pico-sdk/blob/master/src/rp2_common/pico_divider/divider.S) used to hook this up to gcc’s EABI in pico-sdk is intimidating and more complicated than you’d expect.
