Smooth Transitions

I noticed a stutter when the charm bar is activated. I think it needs to be smooth ...see the video

I haven’t been able to remove the stuttering despite my best attempts. This is largely because of the network icon on the charms clock relying on the command prompt to grab signal information.

That’s nice. I will implement this hotfix on top of what ended up being my last major contribution to the project when I get my PC back from the repair shop.
