Go to https://friends.hexlet.io/

Response:

Expected result

friends.hexlet.io return hexlet friends tables

Сервис периодически отваливается, возможно дело в запросах БД.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cscGsxsCAFRyf0el4vgw_pKLMfPzGD7B/view?usp=drive_link - тут дамп бд с прода, можно ее залить командой psql -U username -d database_name -f dumpfile.sql (сам не проверял)
С этими данными можно посмотреть-поизучать, что щас происходит в сервисе, какие запросы отправляются и можно ли это улучшить.
