I was wondering if you would be okay with adding another addon for explict compatability with the OCA helpdesk_mgmt addon. Thus for people who are using community edition they could also fully benefit from this repository.

I had a look at diagram_helpdesk_ticket, along with helpdesk_mgmt, and I don't think it would take a whole lot of code nor effort to do this. I'm not very Odoo-saavy, but could take it on. You?
