esp32s3 board GPIO43/44 connections with cp2102 are wrong: need to be switched

It should be esp32 TX to CP2102 RX and RX to TX.

I had recently received order v1.1, in v1.0 I thought the mistake was somewhere around the automatic bootloader part. But when v1.1 arrived and it still wasn't working, I was out of ideas. I will update the project in few hours and annotate it for v1.2 of the ESP32S3.

Will close this issue probably in a month or so when I order another batch and test them
