Pen tool creates single anchor path

Currently you can create a path with a single point by:

• Selecting the pen tool
• Mouse down
• Mouse up
• Switch to another tool (with a shortcut or the button)

This creates an essentially "empty" layer:

This is not desired. The pen tool should instead delete the new layer.

Seems like this issue came back. @0SlowPoke0 has modified some lines in pen_tool.rs, so he may have broken it. In fact, replacing this:

tool_data.cleanup(responses);
tool_data.cleanup_target_selections(shape_editor, layer, document, responses);

By this fixes it:

tool_data.handle_end = None;
tool_data.latest_points.clear();
tool_data.point_index = 0;
tool_data.snap_manager.cleanup(responses);
