Sitespeed functionality - no data or 404 when I want to view a raport

Actual behaviour

Case 1: After enabling Sitespeed functionality and adding Sitespeed URLs, after a few days, I still have info:
There is no data to display in the table

Case 2: The second case is on a different project. We have some data, but when I tried to download the report, I got a 404 Not Found page.

Expected behaviour

Have site speed data and the possibility to view a report.

Steps to Reproduce?

Case:1

1. Go to the sitespeed tab
2. Edit Shop
3. Enable sitespeed checkbox
4. Add sitespeed URLs
5. Save changes
6. After a couple of days, check if data exists - in my case, not

Case2:
When you have sitespeed data, click the button "View sitespeed report."
