Please change to more wide-spanned Alarm-Defaults like:
- 1 hour
- 1 Day
- 3 Days
- 1 Week
also adding times of everyday-use:
- in the Morning (at xx:xx)
- Evening (day before at yy:yy)
- Time ZZ of Day ZZ.ZZ.ZZZZ
where times x,y can be adjusted in the general Settings. So people may say my day generally starts at 67/8/9 a.m. and I want to organize important stuff for next days generally at 5/6/7 p.m.)
And ZZZ being the Chance to really pick a Date and Time in Calendar, rather than choosing an amount of hours/days.
Why do you want this feature?
Im using alarms alot as a reminder of things to be done/prepared for future Jobs/Activities.
I usually want to be reminded the same dame in the Morning, the evening of the day before or something like a week or 3 days in advance if there is a lot be prepared.
So the current selection of alarms (Begin, 1 min, 5 min, 10 min, 30 min, 1 hour) are alltogether useless to me, I always choose: "Individual" and then I'm calculating in my head how much hours it will be to have a reminder the evening before (Like 17 hours for a thing at 10 a.m.). Though I'm fast with that now, it could be easier and as we're talking about a calendar app I think it should be easier to choose the right time for an alarm.
Additional information
As far as I got with the Code, if I choose hours, the app is calculating the Time+Date when the alarm should go on. So it would even be easier for the app, if we can choose that directly (ZZ-Chooser) ;)
