Cant install Cobra at Ubuntu 22.04 using python 3.10

Description

Hello, developer of this tool.
I try setup cobra to Workstation with Ubuntu 22.04 and python 3.10 (latest at this moment), but installation failed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. download cobra from git

$ git clone https://github.com/FeeiCN/Cobra
