MP only - Visual issue - Syringes shot via Syringe Gun go through bodies

The issue only occurs in Multi Player mode.

Syringes go through bodies when shot via Syringe Gun - which is only a visual issue, as effects of those Syringes are applied to a character that got hit.

The issue occurs in branch:
spring-update-2026.

No special steps to reproduce required, just obtain any meds and Syringe Gun and shoot some NPCs.
