VJ Base SNPCs only attacking player, not each other

So, I'm working on a project and I'm trying to make "actors" out of the VJ Base Player NPCS.

I need two teams of the NPCs to fight each other, but no matter how I arrange the teams they attack me. I only got them to attack each other once but it was a FFA. Even if I set the classes as Combine and Resistance, they'll still team up only attack me.

I've uninstalled other VJ NPC mods, I don't have CPTbase installed, I reinstalled and validated Gmod, I've got ~150 addons (Which I have been culling), and I've looked through threads and tried every applicable fix and I'm not sure why it's not working.

If anyone needs anymore context I can do my best to provide it and I appreciate any help that anyone may provide

Not sure how to help, if such bug existed, it would be getting posted everywhere. You have something in your game editing relationships or you're doing something wrong or have certain options changed.
