localization

yep sorry if that wasn't clear. However I now see you have T9n package in here. I added a japanese translation and I'll send a PR for it.

i can't recall how i set the translation, perhaps just setting locale ?

the PR is here, but this project appears not to be maintained, and i switched to using splendido's packages.
