The v1.0 release would mark several things: - Each script in the source folder has a test mirror. For example: `graphmodel/digraph.py` must have a mirror under `tests/graphmodel/test_digraph.py` with tests covering most of its method. - A complete redesign of random variables, where there are only two classes, categorical/discrete and continuous. - A complete redesign of graphical models where data and functions that act on data are completely separate. Once these are done the documentation would gradually follow the new design, but that's not part of this milestone
