Dear PhysIO Users and Developers,
As you probably know, the PhysIO Toolbox is developed as part of TAPAS (Translational Algorithms for Psychiatry-Advancing Science), an Open-Source Software Package for Translational Neuromodeling and Computational Psychiatry.
We describe our joint development model and values in this paper. For more than a decade, we tightly integrated our development and release cycle in a common TAPAS repository, which had hosted all TAPAS releases until TAPAS v6.1.0 (i.e., PhysIO v9.0)
Due to the technological advancements and integrations on GitHub, it is now more efficient and flexible to manage each tool within TAPAS in a separate repository within the same TAPAS GitHub organization ComputationalPsychiatry.
For PhysIO in particular, this means you can report all new bugs, feature requests or questions in this new issue forum, and that you can add bugfixes and features directly to this repository via pull requests
Thank you for continuing to support PhysIO!
PS: There is still a trove of information on PhysIO usage, common errors and questions in the old TAPAS issue forum. Please make sure to check it out before posting a new issue.
