Is this safe to be exposed using CF DNS Proxy and Tunnels?

I guess what I'm asking is: is the data in transit encrypted or transmitted in plain text?

I'm not asking about per-user encryption, even encryption at the server level would be enough.
This because in DNS proxy and tunnels Cloudflare terminates the connections and is able to read the data.

Hi,
data protection during transfer relies on the https encryption, there is no additional layer of encryption at app level to protect data transmission. So yes it's plain text if CF terminates https.
