Enable icons on hosting without symlinks

If you are , like me, hosting 2fauth on a server without the option to create symlinks the attached two files will fix the icons issue for you (e.g. icons are server from the storage-folder that is not publicly accessible).

Create a storage/-folder under public/ and place these files there.
