Window resizing broken in 6.6.11

What happened?

In versions before 6.6.11 (6.6.10 and earlier) if you resize a desktop Waterfox window by doing the following:

1. pressing "Restore down" middle button in upper right corner of the browser
2. manually changing the window size by dragging to desired size (e.g. half screen)
3. maximizing the window by pressing middle button again

the browser will remember the window size from step 2, and the next time you do step 1 it will resize window to your desired size (from the last time you manually resized in step 2).

In Waterfox version 6.6.11 this is no longer the case, and regardless of how you manually resize the window in step 2 the next time you do step 1 it will resize the window to a default size, forgetting your inputs in 2. If you are dependant on continually doing 1-3 for your workflow, this is a serious issue that prevents upgrading to 6.6.11 until this is fixed

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
