Merge main: bump @x402r/evm 0.0.3 → 0.2.0

Resolves the package.json conflict by stepping past the 0.1.0 bump on main.
Keeps the AuthCaptureExtra description from this branch and pulls in the
claude-code-review workflow removal from main.
