docs(README.zh): drop 'alternative to OpenAI/Perplexity' framing (F001 S2) (#413)

Decision Log (mde-loop-0425) bans the 'Better than X' / 'alternative to' framing — Chinese hero now reads '开源深度搜索 (Open-source Deep Research)' to match the English README hero.

Adds two-line italic hook (pair the English README hero):
  '40 个渠道，含 10+ 中文信息源。'
  'MCP-native，LLM 解耦。直接接入你已经在用的 Agent 主机。'

Drops the standalone 替代方案 line.
