Bug: celestial bodies wrong degrees

Let's take following origin of mine as an example:

Then, following property output value: 19° 18' 48''

_celestialBodies.all[0].ChartPosition.Ecliptic.ArcDegreesFormatted30

But expected value: 19° 40' 44.4"

When i use this origin and don't specify the timezone, i get the right result for Sun of 19° 40' 43".
